January 11, 2016, GS Yuasa International Ltd., YUASA Battery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly took legal action against suspicious company in Beijing, China who manufactured counterfeit YUASA Value Regulated Lead-Acid batteries.

YUASA Battery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. is only one manufacture authorized to use "YUASA" brand for NP/NPL/UXL/UXH/UXF series Value Regulated Lead-Acid batteries in mainland China. It was an illegal act to use the registered trademark "YUASA" for those batteries without authorization by GS Yuasa International Ltd.

All genuine products bearing "YUASA" trademark are distributed by our authorized sales distributors as referred at our official website "www.gdyuasa.com" in China.
